This book contains the proceedings of the 8. International Conference on Operations Research and Enterprise Systems (ICORES 2019). The purpose of the International Conference on Operations Research and Enterprise Systems is to bring together researchers, engineers, graduate students, faculty and practitioners interested in advances and applications in the field of operations research. Two simultaneous tracks will be held, one on domain independent methodologies and technologies, and the second on practical work developed in specific application areas. This year ICORES received 80 paper submissions from 35 countries, of which 25% were accepted as full papers
