Formation and stability 4-5 group transition metal and aluminium nitrides

Description
The method of thermodynamic modelling has been used to study conditions for formation of nitrides of Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Nb, Ta, Cr, Mo and Al from elements and as well as stability of these nitrides in the nitrogen medium at 300-400 K, total pressure 1.28x10-9-0.98x10-1 MPa and moll correlation of nitrogen and metal from 0.5 to 20. Temperatures and heat effects of transformations of nitrides under equilibrium heating at preset conditions are established
