Gas makes inroads into German energy market

Creators

Description

The German gas industry is gaining a larger market share of domestic energy use following cold weather and a steady expansion of the domestic heating market, assisted by competitive gas prices and environmental compatibility. As use of gas increases, gas producing companies are also experiencing the effects of increased competition. New markets in central and eastern Europe are being explored. (UK)
