Nucleon resonances in nuclei
Description
In this paper, the author presents recent theoretical results on Δ(3,3) production and propagation in open shell nuclei and calculations of photoproduction of Δ and Roper resonances in the cloudy bag model. The basic ingredients of the Δ-hole approach is presented and our extension of the approach to open shell nuclei will be applied to pion photoproduction from 14N, together with a discussion of related reactions. An investigation of elastic and inelastic photon scattering. Finally, the author presents results on photoproduction of Δ and Roper resonances from nucleons. These calculations are performed within the framework of the cloudy bag model
