Action of spark discharge and electrolytic plasma on surface layer of metals
Description
A study was made on structural changes and diffusion processes in surface layers of Armco iron and titanium during combined action of spark discharge and electrolytic plasma. It was established that heating of metals in electrolytic plasma, surfaces of which are preliminary sparked by the discharge, promotes a deeper diffusion of coating and electrolyte elements into the base
