Description
Full text: Electric changing in 3,97; 6,83; and 10,12% of UO2+ ion entering into composition of UO2-SiO2 combination have been looked in this research. It is claer from carrying out practical investigations that changing in some spheres of electric conductivity is observed depending on increasing intervals of the temperature. It is known from investigations literatures that, there are two- phase structure dual phase-UO2 crystallic and SiO2 glass phase in UO2-SiO2 system. Theoretical and experimental results show that the non-equilibrium or diffusion from the system as a result of configuration cage to return to the state of equilibrium, with an increase in temperature can come to the conclusion that the second process is more important
