Description

Measurements are presented from the Ariel-5 collimated proportional counter detector, 100 cm2 area, 3.50 FWHM field of view and the CsI scintillator detector, 8 cm2 area, FWHM 80, spanning a combined energy range 1.5 keV to 1.2 MeV. Spectral characteristics of the well-known source CYG X-1 and the new transients A1118-61 (near CEN X-3) and A0535 + 26 (Taurus nova) are displayed. (orig.)

Abstract (German)

(orig.)
