Microsecond electron accelerator for surface treatment of materials
Creators

Description
The paper describes a single-gap electron accelerator with a multipoint explosive-emission cathode for surface treatment of materials. The electron energy is variable within 60-200 keV by changing the accelerating voltage on the diode. The pulse duration is variable from units to tens of microseconds, and the current density on the target ranges from 10 to 50 A/cm2
