Self-propagating high-temperature synthesis of rare earth chromites

Description
Technique for producing rare earth chromites in La - Lu series in the mode of self-propagating high-temperature synthesis using different reaction circuits is proposed. The typical process parameters are determined. It is ascertained, that the products obtained are characterized by orthorhombic structure
