Description
Through analysis of the composition of nuclear power engineering cost, the paper analyzes in detail the impact on the engineering cost by such factors as improvement of self-reliance capability, a series of safety-related improvement measures after Fukushima nuclear accident put forward by safety regulation authorities, and sharp rise of social cost and stricter project safety and quality management. The paper also puts forward the viewpoint that maintaining a certain cost level is the prerequisite for the healthy and steady development of nuclear power construction, and ensuring the nuclear safety. At last, the paper gives suggestions on the countermeasures to control the nuclear power construction cost from both the national and enterprise level. (authors)
