Description
A low tritium pressure gas-liquid exchange technique for labelling organic molecules has been described. Experimental details on the potent narcotic analgesics with specific activities of 51.8-242.0 GBq/mmol are particularly presented. The advantages of the method over the high pressure method are also discussed
