SENSITIVITY OF HANFORD IMMOBILIZED HIGH LEVEL WASTE (IHLW) GLASS MASS TO CHROMIUM and ALUMINUM PARTITIONING ASSUMPTIONS

Description
The mass of high level waste (HLW) glass produced using different partitioning assumptions (including oxidative leaching) for chromium and aluminum was estimated for various degrees of waste blending. The major influences for HLW glass mass and blending were identified, as were the degree of pretreatment assumed for the source tanks. Candidate tanks for opportunistic sampling were also identified
