The panel discussion at the 10th Allianz Forum on 'Technology and Insurance' dealt with the following topics: New technologies: energy conversion (coal, petroleum, natural gas, nuclear energy, solar energy); infrastructure (transport, data processing); basic products (metallic materials, chemical products, pharmaceutical products); integrated products (microprocessors, production line machines) as well as new risks: political; general economic (financing, market structure); insurance-related, dangers to persons and property; reduction of risks. Die Podiumsdiskussion anlaesslich des 10. Allianz-Forums 'Technik und Versicherung' beleuchtet die Aspekte: Neue Technologien: Energieumwandlung (Kohle, Erdoel, Erdgas, Kernenergie, Sonnenenergie); Infrastruktur (Transport, Informatik); Basisprodukte (Metallische Werkstoffe, Chemie-Erzeugnisse, Pharmazeutika); integrierte Produkte (Mikroprozessoren, Arbeitsmaschinen fuer Produktionsstrassen) sowie neue Risiken: Politisch; allgemein-wirtschaftlich (Finanzierung, Marktstruktur); versicherungtechnisch, Gefaehrdung von Personen und Sachen; Risikominderungen.
