Study of the perforation of reinforced concrete slabs by rigid missiles

Within the frame work of surveys concerning the perforation of reinforced concrete walls carried out by Electricite de France, the Direction Centrale du Genie has carried out perforation tests on slabs. With the help of the national Navy equipment (gunery base and gun), the experimentation began in 1975. This paper is only a short summary of these experimentations, the results of which are still under way. The aim is to give a rough idea how the tests were developed for the performed shots and some of the main results. (Auth.)
