Study on modeling of nuclear power plant's site office

Description
The current regulatory inspection for nuclear facilities is based on inspection activities during the refueling outage carried over by central organizations. This study provides the models to establish the site office for field-centered safety regulation of nuclear power plants. The site office models are produced taking into consideration the current inspection system and its ineffective problems. These models are composed into 7 factors such as organization, authorization, function, location, selection of resident inspector, constitution of resident inspectors, and budget. For organization and authorization, three models of 'function-strength model', 'technology and administration sharing model' and 'whole responsibility model' are suggested, and, for others, the best model is independently suggested according to the individual needs
