Description
A simple symmetric pattern of Higgs fields in an Su(2)sub(L)xSU(2)sub(R)xU(1) gauge model with six quarks yields: tan2thetasub(c)=msub(d)/msub(s) and thetasub(c)-150 in good agreement with experiment. An eight-quark extension of the model leads to a successful determination of the three Cabibbo-like angles connecting the first six quarks and to the prediction msub(t) approximately 14 FeV. (author)
