Equipment for oxygen concentration determination in molten sodium

The equipment consists of an electrolyte ceramic tube capped on one side, a liquid reference electrode and the metal body of the analyzer. The electrolyte tube is flexibly and concentrically attached into a metal tube mounted firmly in the analyzer body. To the analyzer body and to the metal tube is connected the pipe conduit for the supply of compressed argon. The equipment ensures the correct function of the liquid reference electrode, it prevents sodium from entering the argon pipe conduit in case of accident, and also allows quick in-service replacement of the tube in the sodium loop.
