Synthesis of tritium-labelled amino acids and peptides. Part 2. Preparation of tritium-labelled phenylanine and its peptides
Description
The convenient method of preparation ring tritium-labelled, optically pure isomers of phenylalanine, its p-nitrobenzyl ester and formyl derivatives has been described. Formyl-D-phenylalanyl-L-phenylalanine esters containing tritium-labelled C or N-terminal phenylalanine has been synthesized by DCC method. (author)
