Description
Recent applications of the Gauge/Gravity correspondence to the formation of the QGP, the quark-gluon plasma in heavy-ion reactions, seem to provide a physically interesting insight on physical features of these reactions. In this lecture we give an overview on some aspects of this approach connected to the link between relativistic hydrodynamics features of an expanding plasma in heavy-ion reactions and a gravity dual description in terms of a Black Hole evolving in the extra dimensions.
