Description
Regularity of changes in microhardness within the volume of the solid solution WC-steel 110G13, depending on the energy density of low-energy high-current electron beam (LHEB), number of pulses and target thickness, was studied. A threshold value of LHEB energy density forming quasiperiodic change in microhardness within the alloy volume under study was ascertained

Изучена закономерность изменения микротвердости в объеме твердого сплава WC-сталь 110Г13 в зависимости от плотности энергии низкоэнергетического сильноточного электронного пучка (НСЭП), числа импульсов и толщины мишени. Установлено пороговое значение плотности энергии НСЭП, формирующее квазипериодическое изменение микротвердости в объеме исследуемого сплаваAdditional details
