Description
The performance of the RFX experiment, whose first wall is almost entirely covered by graphite tiles, is found to be affected by strong hydrogen recycling and light impurities (mainly carbon and oxygen) content. In this paper preliminary analysis of the impurity production mechanisms is presented. (author) 7 refs., 4 figs
