Availability and problems of biological indicators for radiation injury

Description

Main requirements for and the presently available main groups of biological indactors are reviewed. The need for complex approach based on radiation-induced alterations in the biology of cells and tissues is emphasized. Examples from own research on cytogenetic studies and on development of a membrane-related method is presented. (Author)
