Interference effects in PSI-3,105 decay
Description
The direct hadronic decay amplitude of PSI-3,105 in hadrons can interfere with the decay amplitude via one photon. We show what this might be good for. A definite pattern of coherence or incoherence of direct and decay amplitudes could test theoretical explanations for the small PSI-3,105 width. It should also prove possible to extract meson and baryon electromagnetic form factors at Q2 = m2 (PSI-3,105). (orig.)

Die direkte hadronische Zerfallsamplitude von PSI-3.105 in Hadronen kann mit der Zerfallsamplitude ueber ein Phonon interferieren. Diese Erscheinung kann auf verschiedene Weise praktisch verwendet werden. Mit einem definitiven Muster der Kohaerenz und Inkohaerenz von direkten und γ-Zerfallsamplituden koennten theoretische Erklaerungen fuer kleine PSI-3.105-Breiten ueberprueft werden. Ausserdem koennten elektromagnetische Formfaktoren fuer Mesonen und Baryonen bei Q2 = m2 (PSI-3.105) bestimmt werden. (orig./AK)
