Distribution of thermal, epithermal and fast fluxes in the thermal column facility from RP-10 reactor

Description
With the goal of knowing the neutron flux distribution along length of thermal column facility of RP-10 reactor, they were measured experimentally the components of this flux (thermal, epithermal, fast) using the foil's activation method (gold and nickel). Thermal and epithermal flux values were obtained using the Westcott formalism. Total neutron fluxes have values from 1.46x108 n/cm2s to 1.29x104 n/cm2s in a length of 188 cm at the outer conduit of the thermal column. (author)
