Counting-pulse time-to-code converter with channel width of 2 ns

The brief characteristics and description of the counting-pulse time-to-code converter with 500 MHz reference frequency are given. To reduce differential conversion nonlinearity, phasing of input start- and stop-signals with generator pulses and the method of statistical levelling of quantization step are used.
