Description

We tested a small cell drift chamber filled with a mixture of 50% and 50% ethane in a 1 Tesia magnetic field. Good spatial resolution (δd = 87.9μm) and good dE/dx resolution (δdE/dx/dE/dx = 10.1% with 10 samplings) were obtained. The energy loss as a function of βγ was measured
