Description
The power spectra of fluctuations of cosmic radiation depends on interplanetary magnetic field and contains resonance term. The study of power spectra of cosmic rays during high flux solar radiation was done as well as the calculation of resonance term dependence on geomagnetic rigidity of cutting.(A.A.D)
