Frequency dependence of conductivity of WO3 films
Description
The frequency dependence of (0.1 kHz-0.5 MHz) conductivity of WO3 films obtained by pulse laser evaporation in the vacuum of initial powder has been investigated. The dependences of complex conductivity for temperatures in the 120-400 K range are derived. For describing the pumping mechanism of conductivity the cluster jump model with different number of units is used
