New orientational transitions in HoFeO3 orthoferrite

Description
Anomalies in magnon modes in HoFeO3 at T1=58±2 K, T2=51±1 K, T3=39±2 K are found. It is shown that they are caused by spin-reorientation phase transformations between Γ4-Γ24, Γ24-Γ12 and Γ12-Γ2 phases, respectively. No similar sequence of spontaneous phase transformations in orthoferrites had been observed yet
