Isoscalar multipole strength in 110Cd and 116Cd

Description
The giant resonance region from 10 MeV<Ex<55 MeV in 110Cd and 116Cd has been studied with inelastic scattering of 240 MeV α particles at small angles including 0 deg. In 110Cd(116Cd), 88+21-13% (104+23-13%) of the E0, 70+23-18% (92±19%) of the E1, 89+25-15% (104+21-12%) of the E2, and 85+20-15% (71±17%) of the E3 energy-weighted sum rule were identified
