Description
Electrodeposited Co-Cu/Cu multilayers were prepared from a bath of CuSo4 and CoSo4 in presence of H3BO3 on Ti polycrystalline substrates. Their structures were studied using a high-angle X-ray diffractometer. The existence of satellite peaks in the spectrum indicates a sharp interface between the double layers of Cu and Co-Cu. The surface properties of the samples were also investigated by scanning electron microscope.
