An empirical equation for dose effect on trapped-electron formation

Description
An empirical equation is proposed for the dose dependence of the trapped-electron concentration in γ-irradiated glasses. The equation, if suitable values are given to the parameters, fits the experimental data for organic glasses at 77 K. (Auth.)
