A set of five notes addresses questions and issues raised by radioactive releases made by the Golfech nuclear power plant in October 2016. They first outline that EDF communication was late and poor, that radioactivity controls in the environment were late and results limited to average values. They raise the question of the right of information by the Criirad, and formulate some questions which remained unanswered. They outline the uncertain characterisation of radioactive releases, the unadapted system of control of the environment, the issue of leaking equipment. A note more particularly addresses the impact of radioactive releases on aquatic plants in the Garonne river: context, analysis results, discussion, additional results and information in appendices. The issue of drinkable water is briefly discussed. A study of the radioactive contamination of the aquatic environment is reported: context; sampling strategy, plant analysis results, evolution of tritium activities during different follow-up controls
