Infralow frequency acoustic investigations of relaxation process in YBa2Cu3O7-δ ceramics

Description
Anomalies of elastic and inelastic properties of YBa2Cu3O7-δ ceramics are investigated in super high temperature region (T>Troom) at different frequencies. A relaxation process is established which is proved by an internal friction peak displacement from 530 K to 470 K as measured frequency decreases from 0.5 to 0.05 Hz
