Study of density and shear viscosity of aqueous-sucrose salts solutions of two-charge cations

Description

Present article is devoted to study of density and shear viscosity of aqueous-sucrose salts solutions of two-charge cations. The measurements of density and shear viscosity coefficient of aqueous and aqueous-sucrose solutions of acetate, nitrate and sulfate salts at temperature intervals from 20 deg C to 70 deg C and sucrose concentration from 5% to 40% have been conducted. It has been defined that with temperature increasing the viscosity decreases exponentially and with sucrose concentration increasing increases nonlinearly.
