Simulation and evaluation of α-spectra obtained with semiconductor detectors

Description
A simple procedure for simulation of α-spectra obtained with semiconductor detectors is described. The model accounts for the energy loss of the alpha particles in the entrance window. Examples of model simulations and comparisons with measured α-spectra are shown. (orig.)
