Description
Objective: To explore the clinical diagnostic value of CR molybdenum target X-ray combined with serum CA15-3, CEA and OPN in detection of breast cancer. Methods: There were 36 cases of breast cancer confirmed by surgery and pathology, the results of CA15-3, CEA, OPN and the signs of molybdenum target X-ray were statistical analyzed retrospectively. Results: Serum CA15-3, CEA and OPN levels in patients with breast cancer were significantly higher than those in controls(P < 0.01). The sensitivity of serum CA15-3, CEA and OPN combined with molybdenum target X-ray was better than any one of them(P < 0.01). The combined detection of serum CA15-3, CEA, OPN and molybdenum target X-ray in breast cancer patients can improve the detective rate. Conclusion: Molybdenum target X-ray combined with serum CA15-3, CEA and OPN in detection of breast cancer. It play an important role in early diagnosis, treatment and monitoring. (authors)
