Modelling of V2O5-Al2O3-SiO2-K2O system being the base of oxidation catalysts
Description
Phase composition and equilibria in V2O5-Al2O3-SiO2, V2O5-Al2O3-K2O, V2O5-SiO2-K2O and V205-Al2O3-SiO2-K2O systems being the base of oxidation catalysts in organic as well as in inorganic syntesis are considered. The methods of X-ray diffraction and thermodynamic analyses have been used to conduct triangulation of the V2O5-Al2O3-SiO2, V2O5-Al2O3-K2O systems and tetrhedration of the V2O5-Al2O3-SiO2-K2O system. Phase formation in the systems at low concentrations of potassium oxides is considered. Thermodynamic characteristics of the reactions are given
