Complex moments of parton distributions and new sum rules

Description
The Q2 evolution of quark and gluon distributions predicted by perturbative QCD is reexamined by consideration of the complex moments of these distributions. This analytic continuation leads us to derive several interesting new sum rules which depend on the number of flavors
