The H-mode has been achieved on HT-6M Tokamak during edge ohmic heating experiment. the changes of Hα, OII and CIII during H-mode, L-H and H-L transition have been studied. The influences of the edge condition, the recycling of particle and impurity on H-mode, L-H and H-L transition have been discussed
