To speed up the construction of nuclear power plants its development should be following the requests of the country to nuclear power, it should be in keeping with the main trends of international nuclear power development, should be using sufficiently the national infrastructure and experiences established, should seizing tightly hold of the recently most urgent main tasks; should be facing the complicated situation with prudential acting to evade risks and should be strengthen science and technology of innovation ability.
