Reconsider the objectives and means of the transition energy policy

This work is a reconsideration of the objectives and means of the transition energy policy. The author discusses particularly of the cost of the transition energy policy and of how to invest differently the resources devoted to energy transition. At last, he gives some effective solutions with less disruptive costs for consumers. (O.M.)
