Description
The problem on ion transport in the amorphous substance is discussed. The region of applicability of pulse approximation when calculating ion transort in the substance is considered. The results obtained permit to obtain reliable integral and differential energy-angular characteristics when simulating ion scattering in the amorphous substance. 8 refs.; 2 figs
