Research on application of transient waveform digitizer in TOF measurement

Description
The possibility of using transient waveform digitizer in TOF measurement is discussed, and a test system designed for the research is introduced. Test results show that the sampling rate can reach 1.4 G/s, DNL is less than 0.5 LSB, and INL is less than 8 LSB. By using Ping-Pong mode, the event loss rate at 10 K/s event rate is about 1%.
