Description
The Swedish Radiation Safety Authority is a values-driven and process-oriented organisation with an extensive training program for new co-workers and inspectors. The paper contains an overview of the training program from a participant's point of view. The participant is a fire protection engineer that during the last year have done a transition from working with the oil and gas industry into the role as a security inspector within an authority, a journey that have given many new insights.
