Discussion on China nuclear safety codes and standards system

The role, function and status of nuclear safety codes and standards system of China were introduced in the paper. Application principle for design of nuclear power plants in China was also described. Applicability of the nuclear safety codes and standards system in developing overseas nuclear power market was discussed later, and finally the suggestion on further improvement of the nuclear safety codes and standards was present.
