Study of the Al2O3-ZrO2 system at high temperatures

Description
The system Al2O3-ZrO2 at temperatures up to 2100 deg C was studied by the method of differential thermal analysis and its state diagram over the entire range of concentrations was built. In the framework of the theory of subregular ionic solutions the coordinates of the liquidus line were calculated. The experimentally obtained and calculated thermodynamic data suggest stratification of the melts in the system considered
Abstract (Russian)
Методом дифференциального термического анализа исследована система Al2O3-ZrO2 при температурах до 2100 град С и построена диаграмма состояния этой системы во всем интервале концентраций. В рамках теории субрегулярных ионных растворов рассчитаны координаты линии ликвидуса. Полученные экспериментальные и расчетные термодинамические данные указывают на расслаивание расплавов в данной системеAdditional details
