Description
Elastic constants of UAl2 single crystals determined by ultrasonic means and by inelastic neutron scattering are given. In view of the temperature and magnetic field dependence it was concluded that there is no sharp structure in the electronic density of states of UAl2 near the Fermi level. (author)
