Systematic pseudomagnetic measurements of the spin-dependent scattering length of slow neutrons with atomic nuclei

Description
The magnitude and the sign of spin-dependent scattering lengths of slow neutrons by nuclei of Li⁷, Al²⁷, Sc⁴⁵, Zr⁹¹, Nb⁹³, La¹³⁹, and Ta¹⁸¹ have been determined by measuring the dependence of the precession angle of the neutron spins on the nuclear polarization of the scattering target.
