Application of technique for chemically plating Ni-P in test rig

Description

Metal oxide etch usually happens on the thermal hydrodynamic test rig when its equipment, pipelines and valves are made of carbon steel. The author introduces the application of the technique of chemically plating Ni-P in the test rig. The examination of tested rig shows that the technique not only can meet the strict requirement for the content and density of corrosion impurity of the test rig, but also can reduce the cost and shorten the construction time. It is worth to be applied in engineering
